This Privacy Policy explains how Talic Studios ("we", "us", "our") collects,
uses, and protects your information when you use Roll Royale ("the App").


1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect only what is necessary to operate the App:

  a) Account Information
     - OAuth identity (Google or Apple user ID)
     - Email address (provided by OAuth provider, used to link accounts)
     - Username (chosen by you during registration)

  b) Game Data
     - Game scores and session history
     - Category statistics and round performance
     - Highscores submitted to the leaderboard

  c) Technical Data
     - Device identifier (optional, used to associate offline game sessions)
     - Ad interaction events (ad type shown, whether completed)

We do NOT collect:
  - Location data
  - Contacts or address book
  - Photos, camera, or microphone data
  - Any data from children under 13


2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use collected data solely to:
  - Authenticate you and maintain your account
  - Save and display your game scores and stats
  - Operate the global leaderboard
  - Detect and prevent cheating or fraudulent score submissions
  - Serve advertisements via Google AdMob


3. ADVERTISING

The App uses Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect
device identifiers and usage data to serve personalised ads in accordance
with Google's privacy policy. You can review Google's data practices at:

We do not pass any personally identifiable information to AdMob directly.


4. DATA SHARING

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties.

We share data only with:
  - Google (OAuth authentication, AdMob advertising)
  - Apple (OAuth authentication)
  - Railway (server hosting infrastructure)

These providers process data under their own privacy policies and are
contractually required to protect your data.


5. DATA RETENTION

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete
your account, all associated data is permanently deleted from our systems,
including:
  - Player profile and username
  - Game sessions and statistics
  - Highscores
  - Ad event records
  - OAuth tokens


6. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
  - Access the personal data we hold about you
  - Request correction of inaccurate data
  - Request deletion of your data (available in-app via Settings > Profile)
  - Withdraw consent at any time

7. ACCOUNT DELETION

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any
time from within the App:
  Settings → Profile → Delete Account

Deletion is immediate and irreversible.


8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect
personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under
13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will
delete it promptly.


9. SECURITY

We use industry-standard security measures including:
  - HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
  - JWT-based authentication with 90-day expiry
  - Server-side game validation to prevent tampering

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot
guarantee absolute security but are committed to protecting your data.


10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will note the
updated date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after
changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
